Athletics Training

First of all, great work at both the carnivals over the last few days. It was great to see so many students participating so enthusiastically! The details for athletics training are generally on the notices, but as I am still receiving queries (especially now that R&D and SWSS trials are coming up) I've provided the details below for further clarification... just in case they ask you too. 😊
What: Technique development and strength & conditioning for all track and field events
When: Monday & Wednesday, 3:15 - 4pm. Training runs all year round except for school holidays.
Where: MC oval
What to bring: hat, water bottle, a good attitude and willingness to listen. Specialised throwing or sprinting footwear (e.g spikes, waffles) are welcome to be brought along if available. 
Further notes: Any changes/cancellations to training will be announced on the school notice.
