'Pop Up' Type Stall

'Pop Up' Type Stall

We are excited to announce that we are holding a special ‘Pop Up’ type stall for our Year 12 students for formal wear, an initiative that has been made possible by Dresses for the Drought Australia organisation.
Organisation founders, Tashoni Hardy, and her sister, Anita Guyett, have been collecting donations of dresses, suits, shoes and accessories to help farming families doing it tough, and they have identified our local community as an area who may need a helping hand for our students to get ready for their Year 12 Formal. The premise behind the donation is that the sisters believe that amid excruciating drought conditions, formal outfits are a cost families shouldn’t have to wear.

We have received several boxes of brand new, or near new items, including dresses (all size ranges), suits and tuxedos (various size ranges), heels, dress shoes, clutches and jewellery, bow-ties and ties. Students will have the opportunity to select an item, or full outfit, and have it free of charge.

WHEN: Wednesday, 29th August, 2018
WHERE: Jubilee Hall, RSC Senior Campus
TIME: 1:30pm – 5pm

In return for this wonderful donation to our students, we ask that anyone attending the pop-up stall gives a gold coin donation, which will be given back to the organisation as a small token to say ‘thank you’, and to further assist them in providing other schools and communities this opportunity.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.
